Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:-
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Software, downloadable products, or digital goods.
    • Items purchased on clearance/sale.
    • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper ins

Replaccement

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
  • A replacement will be processed only after:
    • The returned item is inspected and approved by our quality checkby the team of Sanj Tech Mate sanjtech
    • Stock availability of the same item is confirmed.

If the same product is not available, you may choose a refund or an alternative product of equal value

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes inspection.
  • The refund will be made to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item shipped).
  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund to your bank account/UPI ID after confirming details with you.

How to Claim Return/Replacement/Refund & Warranty

  • Contact us at sanjtech and via whatsApp.in within the eligible period
  • Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return/replacement.
  • Our support team will guide you through the process.
  • Process: Refund, replacement & Warranty will be pvovided/issued after receiving the original product.
  • Warranty to not Cover: – Physical damage from mishandling or improper installation ,Liquid spills, Power surges and Unauthorized repairs
  • For Branded Product: – Warranty by manufactures/ principal company only
  • Wrong Product Ordered – Return & Cancellation Policy
  • If the Wrong Product Was Ordered (After Shipping):
    If you accidentally ordered an incorrect item and it has already been shipped, please return it to us.Once we receive the item back, we will happily issue either:
    A Refund, or
    A Replacement
    Note: Forward & Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer
  • If order is canceled before generating shipping label:
  • 👉 No extra charges will apply.
