5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Returns/replacements are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • Customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery with proof (unboxing video/images).
  • Refunds will be processed after original Product received and payment made within 7–10 working days after inspection of the Product)
